The house is located in the north of the Island, 4 km from the village of Noirmoutier, 2 km from the port of l'Herbaudière and 300 meters from the village of Vieil; elegant and friendly, it opens onto a terrace, the garden and the heated swimming pool from 15/04 to 15/10, places of well-being and relaxation.
This charming villa is located 100 meters from Mardi Gras beach where the famous film César et Rosalie (Yves Montand, Sami Frey and Romy Schneider) was shot and from the large beach of La Clère, all of fine sand with a breathtaking view of Pornic, opposite on the mainland.
Then you will go and relax a little further on the pretty beaches of Bois de la Chaise, off which fierce regattas between classic yachts are contested every year in August.
